2. Adventure Activities and Risks

Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, property damage, and in extreme cases, serious injury or death. Participants acknowledge these risks and participate voluntarily.

3. Participant Requirements

Participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. Minimum age requirements apply to certain activities.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 7+ days in advance. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge. No-shows forfeit full payment.

5. Liability and Insurance

Participants are required to sign liability waivers before activities. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage but recommend participants verify their personal insurance coverage.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions, respect the environment, and treat guides and other participants with courtesy. Violation may result in removal from activities without refund.
